Connor leads team to victory

Congratulations to Connor Adams who led his XC team to victory on Saturday with a super-fast time of 15:56!  Wow!  I also noticed  that Laura Russo, Rick Hanson and Yolanda Hopping won their age groups in their respective races.  Sandra Ricaud was the Masters winner in hers.   Lee and Kiet also competed.  Kudos to all!  Sorry if I missed anyone.

Congratulations to Connor and other Striders!

It's always impressive to see the race results of our members.  Everyone seems to either place in the top five or improve on their past results!

Now is the time to train for the DRC half and White Rock races - join us on Saturdays for a 5 or 7 miler!
