Welcome to the Flower Mound Striders Website

Weekly Club Runs: We meet at the first boat ramp in Murrell Park on Lake Grapevine. Just head straight after the Gate House to the parking area for cars. 7:30 a.m. for our usual club run and an early bird group that starts around 6:00 a.m. for longer runs. (See Weekly Club run link for directions).  If you would like to become a member, please see the Membership link on the left. All running paces welcome!

Due to a post office error, some race entries mailed to our post office box may have been returned as undeliverable. If this happened to you, please register for the race at Active.com or in person July 4th. There is NO CHARGE for signing up at Active.com. We are also waiving late registration fees if you sign up in person that day.

Brief Description:
Celebrate Independence Day with your family. Start it off with a Kids K/5K, then watch the Double Oak parade! The course is flat and shaded!
